Ms. Hilda Pinto
Ms. Hilda Pinto is the Founder and former Secretary of the organization and providing dedicated services from last 25 years for rural women/girls and child development; who comes from middle class family. Dedicated Social services & provide health services to poor families, as the traditional work activity of her familiar. Her student life was gone by very struggle. From the childhood she was always work for poor women’s and neglected person’s on health, social etc. Before coming to NGO she was a devotee teacher at a private school and she has gave 07 years to service. At present she has completed Master degree from Ranchi University and also rural development professional from IGNOU. After teaching work she was join in one voluntary organization by women socio economic empowerment work. At present she is providing dedicated services with Samadhan as Executive Director. Project Legal Holder of 03 projects of Women and Girls Livelihood/Feminist Leadership quality improvement and stop violence.
